Area 3 is a medium sized park of 115 powered sites with two recently refurbished amenity blocks including disabled / family facilities. All caravan and camping sites are 9 x 9 meters with new services of power, water, light and sullage.
Area 3 was completely redeveloped and upgraded in 2007.
Area 3 is on the immediate beachfront with only a walking and cycle path separating the sites from the sand. A great place for young families or those after a traditional beachfront holiday site. St Leonards is a small thriving coastal village with its own supermarket, hotel, restaurant, chemist, bakery and various other small businesses.
Two foreshore parks are located within an easy stroll of this quaint shopping precinct.
Great boating, fishing and bayside activities. Play golf, visit one of the local wineries or olive groves, tour the Bellarine or head for the adventure parks. Visit local craft markets, explore the historical sights, ride the trails or or take a stroll along the foreshore walking track.
